I agree with you, I feel having the cash buyer relationship already established makes the end process easier.

Build relationships with buyers and find out exactly what they are looking to buy, then tailor your marketing to find those types of assets. It is a far more efficient process, especially in this market. Email lists of buyers in your market isn't a buyer's list, you need to form real relationships with buyers and cultivate those relationships. Hi Wesley! You are definitely in the best place to learn about real estate investing. Wholesaling is a great place to start, especially for someone with a sales background.
