What if the CPI turns out to be negative? Have a minimum percentage increase if that's what you decide to do.

I've never tied residential leases to the CPI. I think a fixed increase is a better idea.

My local lock shop set up a master system for me at no cost. I use Schlage locks and just pop them off and take them in for a $15 rekey.

Not cool, but here's a crazy idea: Put a lock on the bodroom door.

If the area being removed is larger than 6 x 6 you're supposed to have the certification.

I always hand deliver and mail, but I never bother with certified...

I haven't even started my CCIM yet, but the CPM has allowed me to pick up jobs as an expert witness and receivership gigs.
