I have 15 properties under contract as a package and i am looking to sell this for $480,000. There are a total of 17 units, each property is currently occupied and has passed inspection for the local government rental subsidy programs (section 8). The Gross monthly rents collected is $12,354. The NOI is $11,422/monthly. I feel like its a deal, but i really don't know how to go about marketing such a big package. I only have experience dealing with 1-2 properties at a time.
