Answering Matt, so forgive me adding everyone else! I am starting to see different quotes for Portfolio loans; for us we start low 5's to mid 5's. You could try NACA. Some people that went through it said it takes a little time. However no downpayment. I work at a bank and sometime I have to refer clients there.

Hi Albert, try checking www.homepath.com and I can take a look around. Does it have to be Manhattan? The Bronx is going through some major changes. Do you do development?

FYI...$45M has been invested in the South Bronx in the first half of this year according to Ariel...it's an area in high demand

That is a good question, I know one of my colleagues was doing a finance in Long Island on a dry cleaners and from what I remember it went okay. But I will check with him too see. What are you plans for it?
