/\ This. It doesn't actually matter because if you're doing business in a state, you will have to register there one way or the other. It's easiest to just register where you are/are doing business from the start and worry about incremental tax advantages later on when you can afford an attorney/CPA to work out the nuances.

Post: Elimination of SFH zoning & it's effects on SFH values?

What do you think? Here's a quick primer on what's going on: https://www.governing.com/topi... Any thoughts on how this will impact home values? I don't see this trend slowing in the future, actually, my personal opinion is that this is likely to continue to spread across the country. And the world does need more dense zoning to accommodate the increasing populations. But I'm not sure if this is going to de-value SFHs because a glut of new housing would be coming online and thus depressing rents, or if it would increase the value of SFHs because they would become a scarce commodity. Or both?

What do you think BP?!

This sounds like a fantastic plan. I am pretty new to this so I dont really want to make any claims that turnout to be false, but will be watching this closely to see what others have to say!

I see this post has been here a while with no reply... Did you ever find anything that met your needs?

Thanks all! That is really good to hear. It sounds like most of you are pretty hands off about your management.

Nate Gelinas That's great! Where in WA did you live? I assume JBLM or Fairchild? I love it here in B'ham, unfortunately so does everyone else which makes it kind of hard to get good deals up here...

I'm curious if there is anything else anyone has to input? Is there anything that particularly frustrates any of you or perhaps that is particularly tedious?

Thanks again all!

Hi All BP-ers,
My name is Jacob and I am currently doing research on making property
management/investing more fun, productive and profitable.
As a PM/Investor/Agent what are the biggest problems you face on a day-to-day basis?
This is not spam and I am not going to try and sell you anything, I would just like to learn about the pain points you experience in your profession.
I would love to hear back from you, even if it is only one sentence!
Kind Regards,
Jacob
