Please email [email protected] for online event details.

Join Alden Pacific Investments and Peak Property Management for a discussion about forecasting the course of the current Coronavirus pandemic, how we expect the economy to 'restart', and what specifically it will mean for real estate investors moving forward.

Drawing on available epidemiological, economic and anecdotal data from countries in the midst of battling the crisis we will offer some educated guesses about how this event will resolve and what investors can do to protect themselves while taking care of their tenants. We will also compare the circumstances of this upcoming recession with previous ones while taking into consideration of current circumstances.

Welcome to Part 2 of our Conversation Series on Investing in Real Estate. (Note: no need to have attended part 1 to join!)

Please rsvp here: https://www.thekitchentableapp.com/meals/2452

This meeting will be in Santa Monica and you do not need to have attended a previous meeting to attend. Each meeting will have some discussion of fundamentals with a focus topic.

ABOUT THIS GATHERING:

This is an intimate conversation series on investing in real estate. It is hosted by John Alden and Whitney Spatz -- we are agents with Buckingham Investments, a boutique brokerage that specializes in multifamily investing in Los Angeles and Southern CA.

WHY WE’RE HOSTING:

We are co-hosting this series because we believe that if people understood how real estate investing worked, everyone would invest in income property.

The history and data are undeniable: real estate is the single most effective way to conservatively build wealth and financial independence.

Through our Learn, Plan, & Invest program, we are passionate about helping others understand how and why multifamily properties in southern California can help anyone achieve their dreams.

In this session, we will review some fundamentals and dive into some strategies on evaluating multifamily investment properties in Los Angeles.

We will discuss why multifamily investing in LA is attainable even for new and smaller investors through different loan program options.

How to “hack” your way into multifamily in LA using a duplex, triplex, or fourplex and an owner occupied loan.

We will explain the GRM and how to utilize it when evaluating a property.

We’re real estate agents and brokers, just like anyone else who would sell a property for a commission. But this is not a high pressure sales pitch. We truly believe in helping people learn how multifamily investing works and hope to form long-term relationships with those we meet.

We enjoy the intimate atmosphere that Kitchen Table provides in order to connect in an open, engaging format that is different than a large meetup or networking event.

FORMAT:
We’ll all introduce ourselves and lead a discussion on investing in real estate and then there’ll be time for discussion and Q&A from the group.

PARKING + ACCESSIBILITY + PETS:

Street meter parking is available. Free parking around back is also an option.

MENU:
Breakfast drinks + Snacks

Please be sure to arrive on time. If you can't make it, please let us know. We understand that things come up, but please try your best to keep your commitment. Thank you so much.

Looking forward to having you all over for an intimate gathering and stimulating conversation about real estate.

John and Whitney

Hi Jason. I’ve worked with Pete Marthaler with Prime Lending on a couple deals where other lenders stopped short on finding solutions to my situation. I’ll send a private message with his email — BP won’t let me post it here!

Best,

Whitney
