Welcome to BP Rachel!  It's a great tool for learning new tips and meeting people who share the same passion for RE investing.  Orlando is a great place for investing, so many attractions (theme parks, beautiful towns, colleges, etc.), but that also bring a lot of competitiveness.  I am a local Realtor in the area, and there are plenty of properties that pop up, but they usually go quick.  Don't hesitate to post on here, everyone is super nice and helpful.

I am interested on people's strategies on buying investment properties during this high interest rate market.  Through all levels of investors (beginners - experts) how have you been able to adjust/obtain new properties?  With interest rates continually rising this can definitely make it tough (and intimidating) for beginners getting their first few properties.

@Doug H. The STR market in Tallahassee is a great market to get into because of FSU students constantly moving in and out, but like a lot of areas recently the inventory is very low.

@Melissa Nash that's great to hear! Having a reliable team throughout the entire process I am sure has been a great asset. For the STR where is it located if you don't mind me asking? Is it a fixer upper type of investment?
