Guys, correct me if I'm wrong but I think the owner of the 1st has the right to call the loan with a subject to. I would definitely ask your attorney about this.

Hi Cory, I too am new to commercial real estate. But with that said, I've been doing SFHs for quite some time with some pretty good success.  And I've always made a point to hire professionals if unsure or not knowledgeable about something.

It's certainly your call but when the time comes I plan on hiring an attorney for my MLO.

Thank you Alex!!

Great job!! Love the design selection of the kitchen. Question: is the floor hardwood or laminate? I'm getting started on one and am leaning toward a high end laminate. Thoughts?

Hi All,

My wife and I have been investing in RE for a while now. We currently have a buy and hold strategy, mostly rentals in the Cincinnati area, but are looking forward to expanding our strategy to include flips and wholesaling. We've decided to start the next phase of our life, retiring from our previous jobs and are starting a RE investment company. This is something we can do together and learn as we earn.

Can't wait to get started learning from everyone!!
