I have a tenant in place section 8 and I would like to know which payment app or website is best for tenants.

I have never had a section 8 tenant and would like to hear the advantages and disadvantages. In this time of COVID it seems as though it be the most secure route.

I would like to use as primary for a short amount of time.

I came across a property and owner is asking 100K and needs alot of repairs. Whats best way to structure the deal when he is pretty firm on 100K and my cash amount is 40K? Property is in a well sought area of downtown Detroit!!  The best way to acquire the property as quickly as possible without using all my cash so i can have cash for repairs.

Does anyone know of any programs that offer additional funding for housing in downtown Detroit area? The greenway biking and walking trail is set to be complete in 2019 and housing near are still a wreck.

I have been looking to house hack a duplex in Atlanta or surrounding areas.  I have not been successful in my offers and i believe thats due to the contingencies and my conventional financing. This would be my first investment and looking for creative lending advise to get this deal done asap.
