@ Nathaniel Carswell Peoplestown is the area i have had my main focus on and also Chosewood. I have not figured out the exact safe parts for my price point.

30012 is Conyers area.  30312 is a Atlanta area as well near Turner Field.

I am a new investor in Atlanta and surrounding areas. Does anyone know of the next best area to buy and hold near the new Atlanta beltline?  Im interested in 30315,30314 and 30312.  Are any of these zip codes familiar to any local investors in that area?
