New investor that is still learning the market. Have spoken to a couple of brokers and agents. Started looking at small multifamily properties and analyzing numbers for potential leads. Would love to get feedback or general knowledge from other experienced investors

@Ronan Donnelly I’ve been read several books and I’m considering taking a course. I’ve been looking at listings in my area and using the rental property calculator provided by biggerpockets just so I can get used to running numbers. I’m currently deployed overseas so that’s as much as I can do at the moment. I’ve began networking with a couple of brokers and agents.

@Alberta Eleazer So buy and hold is what I have decided to invest in. Looking at multi family but starting small with duplexes/multiplexes before moving to apartments buildings. Want to learn how to manage on a smaller scale before going big
