what are ways to fund the first property and to acquire it ? FHA loan is something, but more knowledge, the better. I am 17 year old blue collar worker trying to learn and get right into real estate soon as I turn 18

FHA loan,what requires it and other ways of acquiring the house ?

Yeah I'll get the license, jusy fl requires me to get my dimpola first before I can get license, but I trying figure out how do acquire the house ? FHA loan I heard of, I trying see other ways of acquiring the house

Yes sir, I starting my second of tech college this year and the trades is what I am working full time and plan to be again after high school, real estate was something I plan to do on the side  

Appreciate the advice, I keep everything u said in my mind 

@Brendan Mullenholz also I do have to be 18 to get real estate license but I going try and understand and gain as much knowledge as I can now
