@Scott Chapman I’m not sure where you live at in the metro Atlanta area. Have you looked at house hacking or Airbnb? Projected growth is up the hwy 400 Corridor. Forsyth County is projected to have its population double in size by 2050. The prices might be high now, people also said that many many years ago when they were buying real estate and thought the market was high then.

@Mitch Messer I’m looking for an accountant that specializes in real estate. I work in Cobb Co. and I’m looking for a new accountant. Could you send me their information?

@Kinjal Patel are you wanting to know if the services they provide are good? Generally they use licensed contractors to do their installations. At least that’s what they did for my floors a few years ago.

If you need someone in the Atlanta to the north Georgia area my friend installs hardwood floors.

@Lawrence Gillett there’s plenty of opportunity there. I didn’t know anything about the rental game while I was there. I lived in Spring Lake off Rock Harbor Lane and Woodwind Drive both neighborhoods are ranch style homes and rent between 900-1200. Maybe even more now that was in 2016.

@Lawrence Gillett I served at Bragg for 4 years. Fayetteville is a cool place. I never got a rental property while I was there but I wanted to tell you everyone seemed to want to live in Raeford, Spring Lake, and Hope Mills. The people who can afford it commute from Southern Pines and Sanford.
