I understand. But that was not the question on this Post. I was asking about a certain lender and if you don't have the answer to the question defecting  and directing to your company is (in my opinion self-serving) and not helping. I know about the traditional way but biggerpockets is about non-traditionally and traditionally.  More than one way to close a deal.

@Erik Estrada Thank you for you opinion but that wasn't the question. If everyone use your logic lenders would not exist people would just save their money and buy cash.  The term OPM would not be a business. Again Thanks.

Questions,  Has anyone used Investors Edge program formally Known as Do Hard Money, are they legit and easy  to work with? Or are they just a company that takes these memberships and never distribute funds?
