Hey guys thank you so much for your responses I truly appreciate the time you took to respond with such great detail. I am wanting a LLC for protection as well creating it separate from myself I would like to be able to build business credit and not have any based on my personal credit and I understand there is some tax savings using an LLC

Hello everyone a seriously dumb and simple questions.

1. How did everyone determine the name for their business

2. Did you already have your business set and LLC before making your first deal?

Thanks in advance!

That would be an option but I have not seen multiple family homes that are big enough for a family of 5. I have lived in the far east side my whole life. Except the last three years I have been in Brazil I got a rent to own that may not end in my favor.

Though I have lived here my whole life I still have a lot of research to do.

I have not yet decided. Right now I am just checking what is out there. I would like Lawrence or areas that are starting to increase in value but not as high currently.

Hello thanks for the response. I am really in the beginning steps of this whole process and it seems so overwhelming. I think starting out I want to work in the Indiana Area until I get a better grasp of all this.

Thanks everyone!
