@Christopher Phillips However, after acquiring over 1,000 apartment units, I'd rather stick with B&C areas for my apartment buildings and A&B areas for my hotels. So what does the A& mean in this statement

@Chris Heeren can you give me some pointers I have one single family 4 br 2 bath on a double lot that I’m in the process of fixing up and I want to purchase another so that I would start off with 2 properties I also have a duplex 2 br 1 bath on each floor that I can get mortage and insurance runs 450 a month on it. My question I wonder would I be bitting off more then a can chew my first time around.

Hello my new family I am excited looking to purchase my first property. Need advice I’m using my home equity to by this property cash it’s a duplex in Milwaukee they are asking 29k what should I offer and it should rent for 650 a floor there is one long term Renter in the upstairs. my loan would be for 30 k for 10 years I also have a single family paid for home that I will be renting out 4 br 2 bath my goal is to have 12 properties in 10 years I’m only looking at buying properties around the 25 to 40k range right now and work my way up. Thanks to you all in advance for the help.
