Hi,

I am a real estate investor in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. I specialize in wholesaling vacant land. I am looking for real estate professionals who specialize in land and are looking to do business together. If you understand the DFW market and have access to buyers, let me know! If we do deals together, I would love to split the profits with you. Thank you!

Best,

Will

Hello everyone!

I have a question about loans that I would really appreciate any and all  advice on!

I am finally at the point where I am looking to purchase my first investment property but I am running into a minor obstacle in that path. I am 23 years old and currently self-employed and working with a few real estate investors in operating, managing, and consulting on roughly 500 multi family units. I just started doing this a few months ago. Before that, I was working in corporate finance for a little less than a year and before that I was in college. Anyways, I am hungry and looking to start my own real estate portfolio. The goal is to buy a property in 6 months. My issue, however, is with funding. It seems that I cannot get a traditional bank loan because the banks are telling me that I need two years of self employed work history. So my question is, do you guys have advice on working around this? Im thinking right now my only option is full on private lending.
I know this was long, so I really appreciate those who have taken the time to read this far. Thank you and have a great day!!

Hi Everyone,

My name is Will S.! I am 23 years old and I am moving to the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX from NJ soon to work in real estate. Graduated college, got an MBA in Finance and worked on Wall Street for about a year. I was given an amazing opportunity by seasoned real estate investors to join their team in Texas and help grow the company. It has been a hard decision to leave my family, but I knew the corporate life was not for me and I know that my heart yearns for the freedoms and potential opportunities that real estate can provide, so I decided to make the leap! I will be learning the ins and the outs of the business and will have opportunities to gain ownership and invest along the way. I have been doing lots of research and have lots more to do! My goal is to purchase my first property within the next year. My focus is on multifamily and fixer-upper/value add properties. I am thinking fha loan/house hacking would be best, but not sure. The market is wild right now and I am not seeing lots of good offers out there, but I am sure they exist and I will just need to keep looking and connect with people. Anyways, just wanted to reach out, say Hi, and share some of my thoughts!

Any advice, tips, thoughts, etc., for a guy like myself are greatly appreciated! I would me more than happy to connect and chat with any and all of you!

Happy to be here and excited for this journey!

All the best,

Will S.

PS. Here is a picture of my dog and I. I will miss him very much as he will not be coming with me on my journey, but I know that he will be taken good care of!
