@Dan Weber thanks for your response, I am so disappointed with my broker that the thought has crossed my mind. However I feel like If I do fire him. I may loose the deal and I feel like I am so close to getting it. If it was not for the mishaps we’ve had. However I am going to contact local credit unions and community banks. Thanks for advice

Hi, I have my first deal under contract and is about to go sideways if I don't find a local cosigner. I have tried with different people and for one reason or another they aren't eligible. The house is a 2 family and is located in the Bronx, NY. I am trying to house hack this deal! 

Need help here I don't know what to do if I don't find someone to cosign with. The loan type is a FHA 95%LTV

btw I am working with a mortage broker not directly with a bank.
