Hi,
I am brand new to the site. I was wondering if you all could give me your educated opinion on the pros and cons of using equity from my home to invest into properties to flip.
If you feel it is not wise to use them what would be the best alternative for a beginner?
*Also where should I begin to educate myself on this new business venture?

Aaron R. That's great how that worked for you. But most people don't have family members or friends willing to front that kind of money.

Chris Boyd Stephen Anderson thank you both for your insight. Very helpful for me. I am a novice just beginning to learn about flipping properties. can someone please explain what a hard money loan is? Is it a 100% loan with $0 down?
