Hey, Keren. I personally love the Cleveland market for its cash flow. I invest heavily in this area as an agent. I grew up on the east side of the town with a well versed knowledge of the neighborhood. I am happy to send you my neighborhood grade map to help you get started. I can also send you a list of contacts in Ohio to help you build your team, property manager. Let me know how I can help!

Hey Chris, welcome to BiggerPockets! It is a great place to learn about real estate investing. I understand your excitement about taking the plunge into real estate investing. It's a thrilling and rewarding world, but it can also be overwhelming for newcomers. My advice would be to start small and do your research. Educate yourself on the local market, network with other investors and agents, and always have a solid plan in place before making any investments. Good luck on your journey and feel free to reach out if you ever need any guidance or advice.

Hello Katie, Starting with a turnkey cash flow rental is a good idea. It's the easiest way to try being a landlord without dealing with tricky renovation projects. Let me know if you need help with anything!

Hey Randee, I like starting in the Midwest because it's affordable and offers good cash flow. Following David Green's Core 4 strategy (realtor, contractor, property manager, and lender) gives confidence to invest anywhere. I focus on Columbus, Ohio, which has seen significant growth, especially with tech giants like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up operations, driving up property prices and job opportunities. I also invest in Cleveland and Dayton. Let me know if you need assistance!

Hey Pradeep, I personally love the Cleveland market for its cash flow. I invest heavily in this area as an agent. I grew up on the east side of the town with a well versed knowledge of the neighborhood. I also suggest considering duplex properties. With two units available, if one remains vacant, the rental income from the other unit can help cover your mortgage costs. I am happy to send you my neighborhood grade map to help you get started. Let me know how I can help.
