Good flip opportunity for someone looking for a light rehab. This is a 2003 build in Saint Edmunds Green subdivision just off of 646 across from Beacon Lakes golf course. We have a bid for 4k on foundation (all exterior piers including 4 under the patio). Other than that the house needs paint and carpet in two bedrooms. 

Only 10 houses in total have sold since 1/1/15 in the subdivision. Most are much larger than this one, however there is one comp at 2138 sqft that sold for 225k, which is also makes it the cheapest sold in over a year. We are selling for 168k!

Nice off market opportunity on one of Galveston's nicer streets. It's a raised 2/1 just over 1200sqft but could easily add some square footage and make a 3/2.
