What happens when land is zoned RR-5 and someone is selling

less than 5 acres? How do you ensure you can build on it without having 5 ac? Specifically this would be in Southern Oregon. So is that a county planning question?

So if this is just a math problem; move into it for two long years and get a owner occupied refi? More to it than math I bet.

I'm not a tax pro, but I got a similar question answered by buying a Nolo book off of Amazon. The thing with tax deductions is there are two classifications of landlords; business owner or investor.

I'm not a good listener so personally I would take notes. Maybe not in front of him, but Monday night. That could help minimize re-asking something already shared. Chances are Marc you're a better listener than me though so it's a for what it's worth.
