Hello beautiful people. I am going to need a home in around June or July of 2022. I'm interested into buying a mobile home and renting out rooms. Is this a good idea? Would a large SFH be easier on life?

I've listened to the podcast and dove into a few books within 3 years. I know I should be doing more but I've noticed with every year I mature the easier it is for me to understand the concepts of different real estate strategies. 

I will be buying that book ASAP. I fail to get my family Christmas presents every year but this year everyone will be getting a different book on crypto, real estate and conscience with a fresh pair of socks.

How long should I study before I begin my journey to buy and renting my firs mobile home, without becoming a person that looks into it so much and never take action.
