Hey Bigger Pockets fam! 

I'm Yan Katz and I just finally pulled the trigger on the pro membership! I've always had a goal to own a lot of real estate and cashflowing properties, but I guess I just never put together the right plan. I have been listening to the BP podcast for almost a year now and have learned a ton, and in september just got licensed in to do mortgages again. I'm going to be using this income for my future investments as well as to network and build a solid team to work with in my business. I have worked in lending as well as debt restructuring since 2005, originally starting in the Mortgage industry before the crash. I've only had a couple of years away from finance where I managed a musician, but besides that I've worked with people and lending so if anyone needs any advice in that regards i'm happy to assist, and excited to build with this amazing network of doers!
