Who is the lender??

J Scott - you seem to have missed how the Reagan tax cuts created some 22MM jobs during the 1980's where he cut the top rate from 70% tp 28% and cut the capital gains taxes as well and cut govt regulation.

I agree with Rich Weese. QE3, like QE1 and QE2 is delaying the inevitable - if you have followed the stock market, it is up some 100% from the lows in March 2009, but yet we are not creating jobs, there are more people dropping out of the labor force and more people on the govt dole. Just doesnt make sense IMO.

I am just curious how some you you have gained access to MLS? I realize I need to contact a local real estate agent, but not sure of what the fees are for access to MLS. I have heard fees around $60/month?

Tara - as others on here have said. Save the money. I was looking into taking a two day class for $6,500 plus travel expenses to CA. Instead I joined BP and a local Real Estate investment club. I am taking a class locally in South Jersey for 10% of the cost and have learned a lot just by reading the BP forums on rehabbing.

I am a newbie to RE Investing and have learned so much from read the BP forums and joining a local real estate investment club in my area - South Jersey. I have gained access to rehab and offer templates etc where a guru wants you to take a two day class for $5k+ to gain access to the templates and their system which i have already learned here on BP. UGH!!!

Thanks for all of the responses to Mary's question. I have been getting email from MyHouseDeals as well and was wondering the same. I am glad I did not pay the fee for the subscription.
