Hi I am a property manager in NYC. What sets us apart from other pms is the fact that we only charge our monthly percent fee, we have no hidden fees.

if there's any way we can help you out with  finding the right property manager let me know.

Good afternoon;

I run a property management company in NYC specifically Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Bronx.

We are looking to grow our companies portfolio. so the question is how to go about it.

Currently we offer a 20% commission to all brokers.

How do we get in front of landlords?

I would love to hear your insight.

Thanks

you see I don't know the neighborhood so well.

so I'm not sure but the asking price is 370k

and the taxes are 15k

I'm not sure if its county or city.

Honestly I put it in to my GPS and I took a walk through :)

It depends, lots of times the bank would consider this as a second loan.

so it would be hard to get a traditional loan from the bank.

that what I understand

Hello;

I'm looking at a property in Passaic NJ, I was wondering if anyone has knowledge regarding the area and what the price is.

the specific deal I'm looking at, is a 2 family home and then next door there's a mixed use property.

the first floor is 5,000 SF bar/club (vacant)

2nd floor is a 3 bedroom apartment.

it's off Passaic street and 4th street.

thanks
