@Chaz Reid Same story here. I signed a wholesaling agreement first agreeing to 50% and now NCND on a top of it. I just hope that the commision will be high enough to swollow the NCDC portion, and leave enough for me. In any case, this is my first deal and I am going for it!!!

I am currently working on a REO wholesale, and got stuck when was asked to provide a proof of funds ( at least $ 45K) in addition to a deposit on a property $500. I have a feeling that there should be a way to bypass that just not sure how yet. Please advise asap.

At the time when I need to sign a contract with a seller, I know that I have to indicate that I will have an option to exit a binding transaction after 10 days. My question is if I have to mention the end buyers' name in the same contract? How do I do that? Or should I leave it up to a lawyer at the closing?
