Hi,

I am looking for a cashout refinance loan for a SFR in Cincinnati. The house is under my s-corp and some conventional lenders are having issues with it. The house just appraised for 100k! I have a hard money loan on it for 50k.

I also have a fourplex in Chicago which needs to switch over to conventional from my LLC. I am open to a portfolio loan but some of them have prepayment. This one has a hard money loan on it for 105k and appraises for 215k.

This is an immediate need.
