Has anyone used Navy Federal's 100% financing for home purchase?  Does Penfed offer anything similar?

USAA is on average with there rates, they are easier on getting approve in comparison with civilian banks IF your debt to income ratio is on average as well, but off course they are some issues where it can be disappointing, sorry to hear about your case. The second place winner would be NFCU.

Penfed has one of the best rates and you could see on thier sites BUT and a big but lol I have apply for thier refinance and equity line of credit and both times and it took alot of patience because of the pace they tend to take. From application to closing is 2 months minimum but in the end i was approve for both and happy with the rates.

You dont have to be a retire veteran, if you ever finish boot camp on any military branches, you already qualified. Even if you join the military and then got kick out 1 month after boot camp, you are still eligible.

Another way is through family member, I had my sister join since i am a veteran and if you are blood related to any veterans then you are already eligible.

Yes the business account is easy and fast to sign up, it takes one day the most to process. This is a big plus for veterans.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to give 2 tips to my military veterans on what could help then get a head start in the RE world. Before i get started just wanted to disclose that I am not affiliate with any of the companies below nor do i benefit from it.

1. The Home depot and lowes 10% discount, I am sure many already know this but for those who dont, it works perfect if you are a rehabber and if you have a home depot or lowes credit card its even better with the no interest promotions.

2. This one is important, the top 3 credit unions for vets and specially for investing purpose are USAA, NFCU and Penfed. If you are self employed and you apply for a mortgage with USAA, believe me when i say this from experience, its TEN times easier and faster to get approve then you would get with a credit union or bank outside of any military credit unions. If you want to refince or get a Heloc then Penfed is the way to go and they have one of the lowest APR. If you need a business account then NFCU is the way to go because ITS FREE with no minimum, monthly or hidden fees. How many business accounts out there are 100% free?

These are the 2 tips I have personally done, I do know about the VA home loan but i have never use it so i cant speak for it. Hope this was useful information for many.

typo error, I meant to say Nevada and Wyoming have the best protection and not Ohio.

Are lawyers the only ones that could assist with this? I have heard of accountants providing service for this as well.

Hello everyone, I have two questions on how to form an LLC. My first questions is after someone has already form an LLC through the state, what happens next? I am currently in NY so I know the process by just going online, picking a name then filling out the article of organization and doing the publication requirement and etc. so after everything is done with the state, what is next? Do I need LLC insurance or how does one get protection? Is it once you for an LLC, you dont need to pay or do anything else afterwards?

Second question is how do other investors who live in NY or another state, forms thier LLC with Nevada protection but yet have it form here? I know Nevada and Ohio are the biggest LLC protector but me living in NY how do i do that process?

Some of my NY investors have done so but wont tell how, competition is high here so i understand some secrets are not to be share.
