We are also actively looking at fixers and/or a smaller multi-family with a great cap rate. We'd love to find a fixer MF that is a good deal and needs some updated. We are just starting a SF fixer in Reed Point, but are really interested in properties in Billings.

Hello! We are building a list of people and most convenient times to have a CASHFLOW 101 Game Night. We had a group in the past that met regularly (and even moved the game to a High School Business club meeting one month). It is so much fun and motivating to play CASHFLOW with other real estate investors and enthusiasts.
