Hello Guys! I currently trying to revamp my plan in Real Estate so I can stay on track and not to be all over the place. Can anyone help me by either providing a Real Estate Template or Ideas for my Real Estate Goals? I know I am interested in buying Rental Properties, this is where I would like to start out, I want to choose North Carolina preferably Johnston County because that is my home town. My end goal is to own Apartment Buildings. When I say that I am all over the place, its because there is so much to grab out here in real estate, which I love but I do need to stick to the goals. Please Help!

The best thing to do is reach out to local property managers in the areas you are looking. Also zillow can give you an idea on Rental averages in certain areas.
