I have used commercial loans before and I had to put 25% down. I am not involved in retail commercial properties, but I have heard that 50% down is not uncommon. I guess that is why they call it a "Rich Man's game".

From what I know, I am pretty sure the lease goes with the property- not the owner. So based off of that, you would have to have a good cause to evict them.

Newbie question here... I place a low ball offer on a property and two people with higher offers put them in after me... Does the seller have to respond to my offer before he sees the other offers or can the seller review any offers, in any order at any time?
