Hey all! Sorry this isn't a detailed post, but I'm looking for a recommendation for a rockstar lender in Cincinnati. I currently own a few properties in the Southeast, but I'm looking to buy my first property in Cincinnati. I'm interested in 1–4 unit properties under $500K. I can put down a large down payment and am looking for a Conventional or DSCR loan.

 Elan,

If you're still looking for a mortgage broker connection, shoot me a DM and I can send you contact information for a great one that has access to a ton of lenders and options. Thanks, Zac.

I still wish I would've done the same thing and purchased a multi-family earlier to live in with my wife when we first got married. That's always seemed like the best idea to me.

Is your Norris Lake rental and STR?

Sounds like you're a true entrepreneur. Glad to have you here!

Hello Bigger Pockets community! I have a question for anyone who's willing to answer. I'm concerned about which bank I should use for this business LLC. I'm currently leaning toward Chase Bank with US Bank as a close second. Unfortunately I've heard that US Bank gets tricky when moving large amounts of money so I'm wary of working with them. I'm also crossing Fifth Third off the list of banks I want to use because I don't believe they are user friendly.

If anyone has recommendations or advice it would be much appreciated.

I've had a great relationship with Huntington National Bank. They're easy to work with and don't charge many fees at all. Low minimum balances as well. It's typically pretty easy to get someone on the phone if I need to and their app/website are very user friendly.

What is the best way to find wholesalers in my area.

Send me a DM. I've got some great wholesaler contacts that are always sending out deals to their lists. Great people too. Thanks, Zac.

Hi everyone — I'm Zac, an attorney licensed in Ohio. I'm getting licensed in KY right now. I work primarily with real estate investors and small business owners, helping with things like lease drafting, LLC formation, and contract review.

I’ve got a background in both law and real estate sales, and I’m based in Northern Kentucky. I’m here to connect, learn, and be a resource where it makes sense.

If you're doing deals in KY or OH — especially buy-and-hold, STR, or small commercial — feel free to reach out. Always glad to share what I know and support the investing community however I can.

Hi Zach! I work in the Columbus Ohio with a lot of investor clients here! Happy to help any way I can!

Great to hear from you! I work with a lot of investors too, mostly on the legal side — foreclosure, title issues, contracts, and structuring deals. Always good to connect with agents who understand the investor space. I’ll definitely keep you in mind if anything comes up in Columbus, and feel free to reach out if I can ever help your clients on the legal end.

Looking forward to staying in touch!
