Jay, I can at least confirm that there is a lot of investment/redevelopment activity in that area. If you haven't already, I recommend taking a drive through it during the day in order to get a feel for the neighborhood. 

REIN is a great group where you will meet a lot of local investors. If you ask REIN they will usually let you go to your first meeting for free. You can check out their website at reintn.org. 

I’m looking to implement CRM software into my wholesaling business in order to keep track of client information, and to facilitate communication and follow up.

I understand there are many good systems out there, but I’m wondering if anyone has advice for implementing CRM software into a wholesaling business, and if there are any recommendations on any specific systems.

I am a new member who lives in the very hot real estate market of Nashville, TN. My professional experience has primarily been in the field of structural engineering. I am brand new to real estate investing, and I have never done a deal, but I am very motivated to learn and make connections.

While I do not yet know that much about the subject, I have learned enough to be convinced that there is very real potential in this business. Right now I am primarily concerned with learning how to flip homes as well as buy and hold rental properties. I look forward to learning much from the BP community and hopefully getting the chance to meet some of you in person.
