Welcome to BP! I am fairly new here as well and am I actually not to far (in Tampa) in the exact same situation as you. New baby 10 days ago and was trying for the house hacking method. Good luck with your investing.

@Lam Le I think that is the route I'm going to take. Mainly looking at newer builds and will start with the Home Hacking Method first until im more comfortable.

I am new to BiggerPockets (been reading Brandons works and listening to BPP). I am very motivated to get started buying property (in the process of buying my first right now) and my Rental Property journey. I just don't want to make any stupid common mistakes. I know being new to this im bound to have little slip ups but I want to start off strong. Any advice helps!
