I specialize in DSCR for STR loans! Have done plenty in Missouri as well (St. Louis, Lake of Ozarks, etc.) would love to assist and dm'ing you now!

I am not a property owner but candidly can do STR mortgages with projections (AirDNA) and one completed booking by closing. Have never heard of this being a provision of loan documents.

What LTV is your loan at?

Solid but could certainly be stronger - as others are saying. Also, what prepayment penalty does this consist of?

How rural are we talking? Where is the property? There may be a path forward here depending on the answers here, especially since you have new construction experience. 

Do you qualify for both?

A DSCR loan sounds like a great option for you.

Are there any private money lenders that solely do Fix and Flip (or Hold)/Bridge Debt solely in NY? Looking for a potential referral partnership.
