To answer your question Monique I am liking it so far.  Just like everything it takes some work up front but once you figure it out and get a system going it goes good.  I'm hoping to kick it up a notch in the next couple months and make a little money to find a house to invest in.

Hello new member from Minnesota.  I've been lurking for awhile and learn so much every time I browse the forums or listen to the podcast.  I've been dipping my toes in land investing in the last month and accidentally ran across a sfr that is highly motivated to sell.  Wasn't prepared for it, but I'm willing to start learning.  If you invest in and around Fergus Falls send me a message.   Looking forward to being more active on here and learning as much as I can.
