Newbie from MN
Hello new member from Minnesota. I've been lurking for awhile and learn so much every time I browse the forums or listen to the podcast. I've been dipping my toes in land investing in the last month and accidentally ran across a sfr that is highly motivated to sell. Wasn't prepared for it, but I'm willing to start learning.
