I'm looking to expand my real estate team and need a motivated individual to help me grow.

So I sent out 100 letters in the north Nashville area on Tuesday and I've gotten 6 responses. Is that a good return? Working on getting 3 of them under contract. Also I was wondering if there is someone in my area that is willing to help me with the next steps.

That does help a lot thank you. Also how did you structure a second mortgage. And was the first lender a private lender or Bank/lending company?
