Looking at a property near Jackman, Maine in the woods. Roughly 45 minutes from Jackman on 48 acres with a pond and atv trails. Wondering if this seclusion would work with a Airbnb. Would love to hear if anyone has a property similar.

So I have a few option the two im tossing around are the:
10/1 Yr. ARM 30 Yrs. @ 3.875%
30 Yr fixed rate @ 4.5%
Finance amount is $144,000
I plan to refinance in a year hopefully anyway but just seeing what others opinions are.

@Erik B. Its common in this area because there is a lot of trailers with similar setups but I agree the laudry is also important to have

@Colleen F. As of now the washer and dryer are in the hallway and there isn't anywhere else for them to go. So I was think of doing a nice master bedroom and then possibly a small laundry room.

The house im buying is a 2 bedroom 2 bath. They built a 25 x 14 addition but never did anything with the space. Would it be better to add one bedroom and a laundry room or make it a 4 bedroom 2 bath ? Which would add the most value ?

What's your opinion on flipping mobile homes on properties with lot rent? If you have done it how did it go?

I have found a cheap house I can pay for in cash but the land is leased. Luckily the lot rent is only $300 per month. What's your thoughts on possible flips or investments in general on leased land ? (House on the same road in worse condition are going for double the price)
