Thanks for that. That totally makes sense about the lower payments. Im not sure that we want to dive into commercial end of things just yet.

Good Afternoon All, 

I am new to bigger pockets and started reading "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No and Low Money Down".  I am very new to the real estate investing realm and would like to build a portfolio of rental properties.  I have a partner and would like to ask a question in order to start.  Do we start a company now? or do we buy a property as individuals and grow from there?  

Any advise would be helpful.
