@Devang Teewar

In other words are you house hacking your duplex? If so what are your numbers!

I am currently in Saskatoon at the moment trying to close a deal on a vehicle to flip, but I am currently almost at my goal to buy my first property. I will be working with a broker once I’m back in town and going from there.

@Roger Paczkowski

I'm looking to BRRR in possibly saskatoon or edmonton

I haven’t actually done any deals yet nor have worked with any agent. I v just been reading brandons book on how to invest in rental properties and building enough of a nest egg to invest.

Hi I am 18 years old have been building credit for the last year or so and I have been saving for a down payment on rental property and saving for any other associated costs. I'm looking to purchase a rental property. The BRRR method in my market is it possible? Any investors in Alberta? I could really use some good advice.
