@Scott M. thank you for reply!  mixed bag in market but definitely not a guaranteed amenity. As I just mentioned in my response, space is definitely tight but I just don't want this to be something that hurts the potential of property.   

@Colleen F. Thanks for reply. Yes space is tight but think we can manage an 18”. Surprisingly not all units have them, but I don’t want this to be a factor on why we miss out on our price point or getting a long term renter.

Closing on a 2br in Long branch. Small kitchen and trying to decide whether or not to have an 18” dishwasher installed. Thoughts/perspective?
