Hello! We have a SFR and Res/Comm property sitting side by side in Butte, MT. ARV if rehabbed and sold separately is $210K and if merged together into one large house, $180K. Total rehab costs between the two is $90K - $100K.
We are ready to assign to the right investor (also interested in entertaining a partnership and taking this down if the right investor came along).

You do not know me. My brother and I saw you one time in the Spokane REI with Chris McCintosh and have been spending lots of time looking at you and what you do in CDA. I wanted to reach out and introduce myself and say thank you for creating a higher caliber REI. We would like to attend one of these days.
