Hi Amy and Ariel,

My husband and I bought an investment property in OH about 5 months ago, and Sensei and his team have done a great job leading us (rookie investors) through the entire process.  We learned about Black Belt Investors through a friend, and my husband went on Cleveland tour with BBI in April of this year.  From our first experience, I can confidently say Sensei is very knowledgeable, professional, and is always open to answer any and all questions that come his way.  He certainly did with us during the purchase of our first investment property.  Since then, we have attended Sensei's webinars, and plan on dealing with him and his team further down the road.  I hope this helps, and thank you!
