Do you desire to sit only on the transactional income side of Real Estate, or are you also interested in becoming an investor as well?

This will narrow your OOS gap.My team works with a lot of OOS investors here in Milwaukee and there is definitly a pattern tied to success: narrow the gap as much as you can and also buy a quality property in a desireable neighborhood.

I am PROUDLY Libertarian on this front; people should have any dange choice they desire as long as it's done freely, knowingly, willingly and wantingly, and not at cost of harm to others. 

It is becoming extremely unsightly as they continue to build and will eventually bring tourism/desirability down (in my opinion).  

The city wants to invest in more urban areas into larger projects and the hope is that the surrounding neighborhoods will grow in desirability and demand.Average household income - Most of Lansing renters are blue collar support workers. 

Buying homes with cash outright is going to be challenging.in the interim, you can look to either pay your mortgage bi weekly or add an annual payment to reduce the amortization schedule length. once you have enough cash flow, you can start paying them off more aggressively once you've reached the desired size 

That just makes the safe areas more desirable.

Orbi was more costly than the Google mesh, but I believe it supports higher top speedThe Google mesh was in a quad and covered about 5000’ of living space across 4 units with only 2 units attached,The ORBI is in my personal home and the only issue I have had is attaching archaic devices that desire 2.4 GHz,   We pay extra for real fast internet from the provider but even so the provider is the limiter.
