Buying homes with cash outright is going to be challenging.in the interim, you can look to either pay your mortgage bi weekly or add an annual payment to reduce the amortization schedule length. once you have enough cash flow, you can start paying them off more aggressively once you've reached the desired size

Orbi was more costly than the Google mesh, but I believe it supports higher top speedThe Google mesh was in a quad and covered about 5000’ of living space across 4 units with only 2 units attached,The ORBI is in my personal home and the only issue I have had is attaching archaic devices that desire 2.4 GHz,   We pay extra for real fast internet from the provider but even so the provider is the limiter.
