We need you on the BiggerPockets podcast @Katlynn Teague because this is one of the best posts I've read in the forums.

I finally paid the $119 for “premium support” just to get someone to look into it.When I asked why my property wasn’t posted, they told me they were “waiting for the validations department” to confirm I was the property owner—even though I had already uploaded clear proof of ownership.

This wasn’t a hate post by any means, but just curious to know how in the hell are they still doing some very aggressive loans even though, values have been coming in lower these last 12 months.  

This very post is a great start.
