We have a "Flipping 101" and "Woman in Real Estate" specialty meetings as well as several others each month.

This woman is 104 and I consider her a saint b/c of her unbelievable generosity and kind nature.

Checking out Meet up, there are many in my general area, so I saw a meet up  from a woman who looked like she was in my suburb, touting a "Real Estate Moms" meeting.
