I could go on forever about all the mismanagement mistakes I've made on both, but the overall concept that set me free with managing both simultaneously everyday was setting my internal systems & renters/vendors work within my framework or they can go somewhere else. 

Honestly love what I do and every day is interesting and full of lessons.

So, I expect that if everyone was using crypto for their everyday transactions, the servers necessary to handle the load, do not exist today.

So now I get an email from RentRedi EVERY DAY that says "your payment method has failed".  

I pick up something new every day, and we all know the real estate world is full of learning curves and opportunities if you’re willing to jump in.

Their rates are good but boy, they looked at my financials and ask some funny questions such as asking for proof that I could withdraw funds from my SEP IRA account, and that I need to provide documentation to verify that  this employer sponsored retirement account allows for funds to be withdrawn, or if withdrawals could only be made in connection with the borrowers employment termination, retirement or death etc. everyday they sent me something new to answer.

During peak season- you should fill every day and then during the “slow” season is when you’ll fight for weekend bookings.

It's a genuine skill that can be learned and improved on...something I am still working on every day!

But if it doesn’t work well as a regular bank account (bill pay / same day wires etc) or is difficult to use might not be the right fit for using it as your primary everyday operating account.It comes with a checking account that is simultaneously linked to the line of credit so through the checking account you can use it for every day payments and receipt of funds/deposits.The daily sweep is an autonomous feature that takes any available balance  in checking and applies that to reduce your line balance each night at 12am.
