@Stephen Lopez I'm curious why you decided to dive straight into flipping where a lot of things can go wrong (especially for the newbies) rather than getting your feet wet with less risky endeavor like wholesaling for example.

@Brad Neihardt Go ahead and create an LLC, nothing wrong with that but don't expect the LLC to eliminate your need to guarantee debt.
